This is a simple bobble stitch pattern.
Bobbles and Dash Lines
(Flat knitting)
Cast on a multiple of 6 sts
Row 1 (RS): Knit
Row 2 and all WS rows: Purl
Row 3: (K3, p3) rep to end
Row 5: Knit
Row 7: (P3, k1, bobble, k1) rep to end
Repeat Row 1-8 to desired length
Chart Bobble
Row 1 (RS): Inc 1 to 3 (3 sts)
Row 2 (WS): Purl
Row 3: Cdd (Sl2, k1, p2sso)

Stitch Glossary
Cdd (sl2, k1, p2sso) : Slip 2 stitches together, k1, then pass slipped stitches over.
increase 1 to 3 : (k1, p1, k1) into the same stitch to make 3 stitches from 1.
