Row 1 (RS): K1, (yo, ssk, k7, k2tog, yo, k1) rep to end
Row 2 (WS): (P3, k7, p2) rep to last st, p1
Row 3: K1, (k1, yo, ssk, k5, k2tog, yo, k2) rep to end
Row 4: (P4, k5, p3) rep to last st, p1
Row 5: K1, (k2, yo, ssk, k3, k2tog, yo, k3) rep to end
Row 6: (P5, k3, p4) rep to last st, p1
Row 7: K1, (k3, yo, ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k4) rep to end
Row 8: (P6, k1, p5) rep to last st, p1
Row 9: K1, (k4, yo, sl1, k2tog, psso, yo, k5) rep to end
Row 10: (K5, p3, k4) rep to last st, p1

Stitch Glossary
k2tog : Knit 2 stitches together.
sl1, k2tog, psso : Slip next stitch, knit 2 together, then pass slipped stitch over.
ssk : Slip, slip, knit.
yo : Yarn over.
