Elongated Flower Rows
Cast on a multiple of 8 sts plus 1
Rows 1 – 4: Knit
Row 5: K1 elongated
Rows 6 – 8: Knit
Row 9: (K1, yo, k2, sl2, k1, p2sso, k2, yo) rep to last st, k1
Row 10: P1, (p1, yo, p1, centered double decrease on wrong side, p1, yo, p2) rep to end
Row 11: (K3, yo, sl2, k1, p2sso, yo, k2) rep to last st, k1
Repeat Row 1-11 to desired length.
Stitch Glossary
k1 elongated : Knit a stitch wrapping yarn twice. On next row drop the extra wrap from needle.
sl2, k1, p2sso : Slip 2 stitches together, k1, then pass slipped stitches over.
sl2, p1, p2sso : Slip 2 stitches together purlwise tbl, p1, then pass slipped stitches over.
yo : Yarn over.
