
A twisted stitch is created by knitting or purling in the BACK LOOP, the stitch, as the name suggests, is twisted on its two legs. One situation is that you’re doing something wrong so a twisted stitch is formed, in this case, you should identify this twisted stitch and correct it. In other cases, we need to make a twisted stitch on purpose to create intricate and beautiful stitches.
