Cast on a multiple of 7 sts
Row 1, 3 (RS): (K4, p3) rep to end
Row 2, 6 (WS): (K3, p4) rep to end
Row 4: (K3, p1, sl wyif x 2, p1) rep to end
Row 5: (1/1 RC, 1/1 LC, p3) rep to end
Repeat Row 1-6 to desired length

Stitch Glossary
slip purlwise with yarn in front : Slip 1 stitch purlwise with yarn in front.
1/1 LC : Slip next stitch to cable needle and place at front of work, k1, then k1 from cable needle.
1/1 RC : Slip next stitch to cable needle and place at back of work, k1, then k1 from cable needle.
