Cast on a multiple of 15 sts plus 1
Row 1 (RS): (P1, 1/1 RC, p1, yo, k4, sl2, k1, p2sso, k4, yo) rep to last st, p1
Row 2 and all WS rows: K1, (p11, k1, p2, k1) rep to end
Row 3: (P1, 1/1 RC, p1, k1, yo, k3, sl2, k1, p2sso, k3, yo, k1) rep to last st, p1
Row 5: (P1, 1/1 RC, p1, k2, yo, k2, sl2, k1, p2sso, k2, yo, k2) rep to last st, p1
Row 7: (P1, 1/1 RC, p1, k3, yo, k1, sl2, k1, p2sso, k1, yo, k3) rep to last st, p1
Row 9: (P1, 1/1 RC, p1, k4, yo, sl2, k1, p2sso, yo, k4) rep to last st, p1
Repeat Row 1-10 to desired length

Stitch Glossary
sl2, k1, p2sso : Slip 2 stitches together, k1, then pass slipped stitches over.
yo : Yarn over.
1/1 RC : Slip next stitch to cable needle and place at back of work, k1, then k1 from cable needle.
