Cast on a multiple of 15 sts plus 1
Row 1 (RS): (P2, k9, k3tog, yo, k1, yo) rep to last st, p1
Row 2 and all WS rows: K1, (p13, k2) rep to end
Row 3: (P2, k7, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1) rep to last st, p1
Row 5: (P2, k5, k3tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2) rep to last st, p1
Row 7: (P2, k3, k3tog, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3) rep to last st, p1
Row 9: (P2, yo, k1, yo, sl1, k2tog, psso, k9) rep to last st, p1
Row 11: (P2, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, sl1, k2tog, psso, k7) rep to last st, p1
Row 13: (P2, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2, sl1, k2tog, psso, k5) rep to last st, p1
Row 15: (P2, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, sl1, k2tog, psso, k3) rep to last st, p1
Repeat Row 1-16 to desired length

k3tog : Knit 3 stitches together.
sl1, k2tog, psso : Slip next stitch, knit 2 together, then pass slipped stitch over.
