What Does Front Loop / Back Loop Mean?

Front loop is when you are inserting the needle into the stitch normally, while back loop is when you are twisting the stitch. In the video tutorial below, I am going to show you how to:
1. Knit in the front loop
2. Knit in the back loop
3. Purl in the front loop
4. Purl in the back loop
