Row 1 (RS): K1, (k1, yo, ssk, k1) rep to last st, k1
Row 2 and all WS rows: Purl
Row 3: K1, (k2, yo, ssk) rep to last st, k1
Row 5: K2, (k2, yo, ssk) rep to end
Row 7: K1, (yo, ssk, k2) rep to last st, k1
Row 9: K1, (k2, k2tog, yo) rep to last st, k1
Row 11: K1, (k1, k2tog, yo, k1) rep to last st, k1
Row 13: K1, (k2tog, yo, k2) rep to last st, k1
Row 15:K2tog, (yo, k2, k2tog) rep to last 4 st, yo, k4
Row 16: Purl
Repeat Row 1-16 to desired length
